Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team comprising of product owners and business analysts.
Supervise scrum masters to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with the business steering committee to prioritize projects.
Align project priorities with business objectives and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain a project roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the technology team.
Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to the business steering committee.
Ensure clear and effective communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
Preferred
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience in the e-learning or regulated training industry is highly desirable.
