Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify market/customer trends.
Create and publish customer specific Value Proposition statements that clearly articulate product and company differentiation – utilize Value Proposition from Product Marketing Manager.
Negotiate customer specific pricing and VPAs that maximize company profits.
Develop target and key account positioning strategies in support of sales activities.
Develop and articulate fact-based and current competitive intelligence that includes product and financial positioning.
Develop sales training material that enables the account teams to clearly communicate FFIs value and product positioning.
Support the Product Marketing Manager in creating sales and product collateral and supporting the go-to-market success of new product launches in the accounts owned by the Manager.
Use negotiation skills to close gaps between customer requirements and factory capabilities.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Report customer specific TAM and FFI market share quarterly, including key competitors market share.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other technical degree is required.
8+ years of experience in engineering, applications, product marketing and/or product development.
Must have 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role in the semiconductor industry.
Must have solid knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing and test process.
Technical understanding and experience in high-speed digital or RF applications and theory is a plus.
Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Must have the ability to travel for business as much as 50% of the time both domestically and internationally to customer sites, subsidiary offices, and appropriate sales or marketing events.
