Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and present business cases and project plans to support strategic initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop data models and predictive analytics to support business strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and/or information security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CDA, CISSP) are a plus.
