Responsibilities

Develop & drive demand gen strategy
Own the end-to-end strategy for demand gen programs (paid media, email, webinars, ABM, etc.), focusing on top-of-funnel acquisition and pipeline acceleration.
Partner with the VP of Marketing to align demand gen initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
Build & execute campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize demand gen campaigns across channels to drive qualified leads.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and align on KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, and pipeline contribution.
Manage & optimize the marketing funnel
Monitor key funnel metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., lead scoring, nurture campaigns) to maximize conversion rates.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with across Marketing and contractors to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Align with Product and Sales on positioning, messaging, and launch activities.
Experimentation & growth
Pilot new channels and tactics, running data-driven experiments to find scalable growth opportunities.
Use analytics and reporting to track campaign performance and ROI, making informed decisions for ongoing optimization.

Required

5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation.
Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Analytical mindset: Skilled at interpreting data and using insights to optimize campaigns and drive decisions.
Marketing automation proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot.
Excellent collaboration & communication skills to align with cross-functional teams.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and iterating quickly.

Preferred

Background working with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
Experience collaborating with field/event marketing on integrated campaigns.
