Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for HR processes
Project coordination support for the stabilization of a variety of implementation projects
Identify, track and implement system enhancements
Assist with launching organization wide online learning campaigns
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling and monitoring activities to fulfill identified project requirements

Required

Associate’s degree and at least 4 - 6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Demonstrated ability to remain focused on working in a fast-paced, deadline driven and demanding customer-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of project management.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling and monitoring activities to fulfill identified project requirements.
