Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to complete final business diligence and operational planning.
Partner with the talent team on sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring the team.
Coordinate operational, legal, marketing, partnerships, FP&A, and other foundational components of growing Stitch.
Assist product & growth teams with execution of experiments as needed.
Partner with the CEO on marketing, product, and design functions to refine and begin executing on the go-to-market strategy.

Required
4-8 years of experience in a healthcare investing, research, consulting, or strategic operations role.
Experience managing critical external relationships and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, investors, candidates, and other key partners.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Hands-on financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Spreadsheets) and presentation acumen (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Operational planning skills to help the business launch and receive a Series A funding.
Experience in identifying, building and managing key partnerships necessary to drive growth.
Ability to organize and communicate effectively in a highly ambiguous environment.

Preferred
Undergraduate or postgraduate business education is preferred.
