Responsibilities

Scheduling in-person and virtual trainings in Autodesk locations around the world

Managing logistics of meeting rooms, catering, supplies, and materials.

Creation and management of virtual trainings including adding them to the training system, invites, Zoom meeting rooms and virtual collaboration spaces

Working with complex calendars across multiple time zones and scheduling needs

Maintaining class data and rosters

Managing and responding to program-related emails and internal messages and directing them to the appropriate parties as necessary

Building partnerships with office facilities teams, instructors, and admins

Required

3+ years experience in a similar role

In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint, Slack and Asana a plus

Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure, and consistently make deadlines

Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality

Outstanding written communication skills

Preferred

Working knowledge of Human Centered Design

Proficiency in Mural, Miro, or similar tools

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
