Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications to meet business requirements.
Implement new features and enhancements based on user needs and organizational goals.
Integrate BMC Remedy with other systems and applications as required.
Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the BMC Remedy system.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations and configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users and other team members as needed.
Ensure all development and maintenance activities adhere to security protocols and compliance requirements.
Maintain and protect sensitive information in accordance with clearance level and organizational policies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.

Required
Must hold at least a Secret Clearance.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BMC Remedy development and administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in BMC Remedy AR System, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, and related tools.
Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Experience with system integrations and data migrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred
Experience with additional BMC products such as BMC Digital Workplace, BMC Helix, or BMC Smart IT.
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification or higher.
