Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with The Pack Labs’ growth objectives, balancing immediate priorities with long-term scalability
Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Sales Operations to define clear sales goals and create actionable plans to meet them
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruiting top talent, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including market expansions, new territory rollouts, and partnerships with key distributors and retailers
Establish sales processes, tools, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and ensure the team’s success as the company scales
Foster strong relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders to drive growth and ensure smooth collaboration
Monitor sales performance using data and analytics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Represent The Pack Labs at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to strengthen partnerships and expand the company’s footprint

Required

5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including building and managing high-performing teams
A proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations in a fast-growing company
Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver measurable results
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to monitoring and optimizing sales performance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of balancing strategy and execution

Preferred

Experience in industries like alcohol, hemp, vape, tobacco, or cannabis is a strong advantage
