Responsibilities

Oversee the health of the hosted cloud environment (Exchange and Citrix)

Incident management

Documentation

Training

Communication

Capacity planning

Emergency response

Executing internal projects to ensure our internal infrastructure is healthy

Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability

Detecting and resolving network issues

Escalating problems as necessary

Implementing solutions to optimize network performance

Responding to alerts and incidents in a timely manner

Visiting the data center on a regular basis

Participating in an on-call rotation, which includes after-hours support

Required

Proven experience in a higher tiered support role.

In-depth knowledge of server and network administration, and technologies.

Experience with network and server management and incident management systems.

Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

This position requires up to 10% of travel.

All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities.

This position requires travel to a data center, which requires a valid driver’s license, intermittent DMV checks, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Applicants for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility.

Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following will result in being disqualified for this position: Felony Convictions, Felony Deferred Adjudication, Class A & B Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication, Class B Misdemeanor Convictions, and Open Arrest for any Criminal Offense, and Family Violence Convictions.
