Responsibilities
Accountable for day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including oversight of bid strategy recommendations, execution details, budgets, optimizations, reporting & analysis.
Build and optimize Google and Microsoft Ads search campaigns for a roster of clients across various industries including B2B, CPG, ecommerce, and lead generation clients.
Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs.
Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, and other optimization strategies to drive results in line with clients’ goals.
Alert team and manage under or overspend, traffic abnormalities and opportunities and optimizations.
Work with media team to compile reporting and analysis, lead calls to review with internal and external teams.
Responsible for budget tracking/forecasting documents and working with media team on budget reconciliation.
Responsible for building strategic recommendations for new business & existing clients. You will have full autonomy to manage the entire lifecycle of the client from onboarding to renewal as related to paid search.
Perform audits of new and potential client SEM accounts.
Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals.
Develop account structures including campaigns, ad groups & keywords.
Write ad creative text ads based on briefing materials, website content and client direction.
Stay on top of latest updates regarding trends, tools and rules of engagement with user interfaces (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, eMarketer, etc.).
Participate in weekly team meetings and offer ideas to improve and evolve processes.

Required
4-10 years of Paid Search campaign management experience.
High proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, & Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Google Analytics and passion to learn about other paid search platforms.
Experience with Google’s portfolio of products, specifically Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
Strong experience establishing and implementing digital campaign measurement strategies and solutions, including conversions APIs, Floodlight tags, GA4, Google Analytics configurations, etc.
Strong analytical skillset, with experience presenting campaign insights and optimization recommendations.
Experience managing lead generation & sales-focused Paid Search campaigns with experience leveraging backend data for B2B paid search strategies.
Experience with data-driven marketing, and utilizing 1PD in Paid Search and a strong understanding of marketing attribution and alternative measurement methodologies.
Proficiency in providing in-depth analysis and plans of actions for a variety of clients.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Self-starter with strong multi-tasking ability.
Strong presentation skills and experience leading client communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
