Responsibilities

Serve as the segment SME for creative culinary food solutions that will exceed consumer and client expectations.

Craft culinary development plans of innovative food solutions that will impact client site with consumer engagement.

Has experience with local/sustainable food sourcing in crafting solutions based on client needs.

Establish culinary goals by proactively monitoring and understanding culinary trends and effectively translate those trends into viable product concepts and sales solutions.

Partner with client culinary teams on ideation and development of new culinary concepts and menu development.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of management experience

5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related field

Exemplary culinary knowledge and skills preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry

Excellent presentation skills
