Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate outsourced resources, including agencies and freelancers, to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
Oversee creative services requests, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Manage content creation and development for web, intranet, print, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment across online and offline channels.
Lead the team, in collaboration with marketing leadership, to define a content strategy for the company intranet (SharePoint). Oversee the implementation plan, maintain a robust content calendar, and execute content updates to ensure usability and engagement.
Track program progress, analyze results, and tie activities to key business metrics to measure success.
Lead the development and execution of cross-channel, integrated marketing programs from conception through implementation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute engaging content and materials that align with campaign objectives.
Optimize processes and strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs.
Maintain adherence to corporate branding and ensure all content resonates with target audiences.
Bring fresh, creative ideas into marketing initiatives by staying informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage external vendors, including agencies and freelancers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
Monitor program performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required
6+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in healthcare.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
A service-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering value and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint, with a strong balance of marketing knowledge and technical skills.
Ability to engage strategically and lead programs from conception through implementation.
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges and execute creative ideas.
Strong analytical and process skills with a focus on optimizing performance and driving results.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, work effectively with remote teams, and manage diverse cross-functional collaborations.
