Responsibilities
Develop nuanced understanding of the personnel needs of individual projects & project managers
Source writers with specific education backgrounds, as defined by our project managers
Connect writers & project managers
Maintain contractor informational, performance, and payments data
Effectively communicate contractor availability and expertise areas
Use performance data to match contractors to open work opportunities
Ensure that the majority of available contractors have a current assignment
Send and close out contracts
Administer payments
Maintain contractor budget reporting system

Required
2-3 years of experience in contractor/freelancer administration, recruiting or management
Advanced fluency with Google Sheets & Apps Script
Advanced data analysis and data organization skills
Experience issuing and managing employee payments
Experience working in schools, or in an education-adjacent environment
