Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise and passion for travel to assist clients in planning their dream vacations, honeymoons, business trips, and more.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodation, transportation options, and activities tailored to each client's preferences and budget.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations and itineraries.
Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistics with travel partners, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, deals, and promotions to offer clients the best possible options and maximize commission earnings.
Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after each trip, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
