Responsibilities

Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Interface with team members, management, and customers regarding service issues

Review client reports regularly to ensure data integrity and submit reports to management

Recommend and implement modifications to procedures and workflows to enhance transaction processing efficiency

Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements

Support department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and problem-solving

Provide project and change request support for operations and PHS

Build and maintain relationships with other departments

Accurately identify root causes of issues and maintain relevant databases

Investigate customer complaints and fraud concerns and respond appropriately

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience

Previous experience in business operations and process transactions

Strong customer service experience

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures

A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology

Preferred

Previous experience with business process transactions for Life Insurance and Annuities is a plus

FINRA Series 6 certification is a plus
