Responsibilities
Lead application identification, validation, and the creation of an application data book.
Work with application and service owners to develop separation plans for Day 1 and post-close TSA (Transition Service Agreement) Exit Plans.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT deal teams to manage the Application Tower.
Maintain and update weekly status reports to track project progress and completion.
Validate the Application Data Book with functional and business leaders, confirming TSA dispositions.
Partner with IT Procurement to secure TSA rights and oversee Day 1 separation activities.
Manage TSA Exit projects to ensure timely application separation, migration, or decommissioning.
Organize and lead internal and external meetings to monitor project schedules and progress.
Proactively address project-level issues and escalate as needed.

Required
3-5 years of project management experience in ERP systems, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Proven expertise in managing large application programs across technologies like ERPs, CRMs, and Middleware.
Proficiency in SharePoint and Teams.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
Industry experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.
