Responsibilities
Content creation: Develop high-quality written content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, eBooks, brochures, and more.
Messaging development: Work closely with Product Marketing to translate technical IT security concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging tailored to specific audiences.
SEO and content strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with SEO strategies and broader marketing goals, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
Thought leadership: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create thought-provoking and industry-leading materials that establish the company’s authority in digital trust.
Persona-centric writing: Write for various buyer personas, understanding their pain points, motivations, and decision-making processes.
Editing and proofreading: Ensure all content is accurate, polished, and adheres to brand guidelines. Act as the main content reviewer for everything the marketing team produces.
Quarterly campaigns: Work with VP of Global Marketing to define content needs for global multi-channel quarterly programs. Share quarterly marketing stories with campaign managers to be used for both direct and indirect marketing campaigns.
Sales enablement: Ensure sales content for all stages of the enterprise sales cycle incl. acquisition, nurture, upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention campaigns is fully aligned with corporate messaging.
Competitive marketing analysis: Track competitive stories and come up with compelling content that always highlights our competitive advantage. Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

Required
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a B2B content role in the technology industry is required.
A passion for copywriting and storytelling
Familiarity with technical IT security concepts
Must be able to write unique, compelling technical and marketing content that stands out from all the GenAI content out there
Proficiency in content marketing best practices, including knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hard deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated and dedicated
Preferred
Bachelor’s or college degree in marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Current or prior cybersecurity related industry experience is strongly preferred.
