Responsibilities
Spearhead the growth of the Microbiology portfolio in designated EEMEA countries.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, assess potential, and benchmark against competitors.
Provide comprehensive country-specific assessments to inform strategic decision-making and establish effective business models.
Partner with country GMs, sales managers, and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies and campaigns.
Stay ahead of technological advancements in Microbiology, integrating innovative solutions into market strategies.
Drive sales and profitability for the Microbiology segment in alignment with strategic goals and business plan targets.
Collaborate with sales teams and country managers to align objectives and maintain a robust sales funnel.
Develop pricing, reimbursement, and market entry strategies for direct and indirect markets.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and industry leaders.
Lead account planning for sales opportunities and regularly engage with Microbiology key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Collect and leverage customer feedback (VOC) to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay compliant with evolving regulatory standards, ensuring product and process adaptations as needed.
Promote the use of Danaher Business System tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required
Over 8 years of proven success in Microbiology product management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding business results across diverse markets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology or a relevant scientific discipline.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and strategic problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
Preferred
Familiarity with EEMEA geography and business landscape is a plus.
