Responsibilities
Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes.
Prepare client status reports by consolidating input from the project team.

Required
3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Proven ability to document processes and coordinate projects effectively.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience driving projects to completion with cross-functional team collaboration.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
