Responsibilities
Analyzing, interpreting and implementing GASB pronouncements
Reconciling and preparing Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP) Financial Statements
Preparing Budgetary/Legal Basis financial statements
Implementing Governmental Accounting Standard Board (GASB) pronouncements
Contributing to day-to-day cash and debt management of the $4.393 billion the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) General Obligation bond portfolio
Researching, analyzing, preparing bond accounting entries
Providing recommendations or alternatives regarding complex financing, accounting and compliance issues of BHT bond fund portfolio.
