Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Process Documentation: Document existing business processes and workflows to translate current state process to the Design team and inform system architecture and design for ongoing implementations.

Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with COE Architects and Technical teams to translate business processes into efficient solutions using Logik.io, Salesforce, and SAP technologies.

General System Configuration: Supporting with general config in areas of User Set Up, Reporting, List Views, and Logik.io data table updates.

Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, bridging the worlds of business process and system implementation.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
