Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the DAI Records Management Program developed using Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Excel.
Refine and manage the Records Retention Schedule in accordance with Agency policy.
Utilize online tools such as eWorkplace (SharePoint) to publish and store records in the correct repository and category.
Assist with PMO Information Management tasks.
Track and facilitate daily, monthly, and annual record reviews updates, storage, and migration activities.
Execute the process to transition records to long-term storage as it relates to the DLA retention schedule.
Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.
Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods.
Maintains a current internal documentation library.
Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
Independently managing an automated tracking system of correspondence and program-related documents and follow up with department managers.
Maintaining electronic and paper files;
Preparing correspondence, reports and meeting minutes.
