Responsibilities

Strategic Client Consulting:
Interpret campaign performance data, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations for marketing improvements.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, ensuring clients fully leverage platform features and functionalities.
Apply broad marketing expertise to align client objectives with innovative marketing strategies.
Develop Strong Client Relationships:
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact, understanding client goals and challenges.
Proactively engage clients through regular touchpoints, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Build rapport and credibility to foster long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
CRM Management and Training:
Maintain accurate client data and records within CRM systems.
Train team members and clients on CRM usage and best practices, ensuring effective data organization and retrieval.
Continuously refine internal workflows to improve CRM efficiency and adoption.
Portfolio Management:
Document and maintain account records, meeting notes, and strategic plans to ensure transparency and continuity.
Conduct regular review meetings and audits to assess account performance, identify risks, and propose enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the client portfolio strategy and maximize collective value.
Project Management (Tasks and Tickets):
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects.
Utilize ticketing systems to track project progress, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues efficiently.
Guarantee project milestones align with strategic goals and are executed within established timelines and budgets.
