Responsibilities
Full responsibility for commercial sales and business development in the global market;
Ensuring the fulfillment of company sales and revenue plans;
Sales development, including the opening of new divisions and sales departments in new regions, building a matrix structure for the Sales Global Team;
Managing Sales managers in branches and monitoring their implementation of sales plans;
Search and exploration of sales opportunities, and the completion of the sales-related performance indicators through the operation of the market and customer relationship;
Prepare annual plans, monthly sales and P/L sales reports;
Be an advocate for the brand and company, be fully immersed with the product portfolio;
Participate in industry exhibitions, tradeshows, conference and relevant meeting as leading company representative;

Required
Minimum 6+ years of sales experience (preferably in solar energy or a related field) with a proven track record in high-value deals (between $100K – $1M per deal)
3-5 years of experience managing sales teams
Experience in building sales teams from scratch and creating a matrix structure
Project management experience to cover whole sales cycle
Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies and funnel management, with a commitment to apply them effectively in competitive markets
Ability to maintain the highest level of sales negotiation, ethics and integrity
Fluent or native English is required (C1+)
Willingness for frequent business trips to the client’s location and HQ
Preferred
University degree in Technical of Engineering discipline is an advantage
