Responsibilities
Develop and implement enrolment and billing procedures and workflows for clients consistent with client specified guidelines.
Monitor enrolment and billing related operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Partner with cross functional operational teams to analyze enrollment and billing information and recommend solutions.
Implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline enrolment processes and resource utilization.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance measures
Monitor regulatory guidelines for impact to commercial enrolment and billing processes and take appropriate action.
Comply with the organization’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and internal controls
Comply with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Required
At least 7+ years of progressive management experience in the management of commercial enrolment and billing
A thorough understanding of commercial enrolment and billing related guidelines
Effective communications including the ability to obtain clear information and remove ambiguity as needed to arrive at shared expectations.
An advanced ability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively and promoting this approach with all team members.
Well-developed organizational habits and toolkits
Build partner relationships for the benefit of the organization.
Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
