Responsibilities
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in a GraphQL API environment.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications.
Ensure security and data protection across the platform.
Develop backend solutions to support scalability.
Integrate and manage data storage systems, including PostgreSQL and key-value stores.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment using AWS technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and colleagues to build and maintain the app's admin panel.
Maintain thorough documentation.
Identify and integrate AI technologies where applicable.

Required
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
Extensive experience with Node.js and API technologies (GraphQL, JSON, etc.).
Solid experience with SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines).
Expertise in AWS and cloud-native technologies.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of security compliance and data protection standards.
Experience with user authentication and authorization systems.
Proficiency in integrating multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
Familiarity with scalable application design principles and database schema creation.
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit testing.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AI technology integration.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Experience working with health tech applications and integrations with third-party devices and apps.
Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
Experience with text-to-speech solutions and recording data.
Proficiency with Python frameworks (Django).
Interest in data science, machine learning, and AI.
Experience with white-label solutions or third-party integrations.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with small teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and responsive to team members.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Comfortable working independently and integrating feedback.
Promotes active discussion and encourages excellence across the product and platform.
Preferred
Experience with mobile app development.
Exposure to Flutter and/or React.
Experience managing healthcare or medical data.
Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
Knowledge of AWS healthcare-specific solutions is a plus.
