Responsibilities
Crosstrain and mentor other team members to promote knowledge sharing.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and master other content management platforms.
Efficiently handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Proactively manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Serve as an expert in SharePoint Online platform management and support.
Manage site security, permissions, and access control with precision.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to SharePoint Online issues.
Understand and implement effective page design, layout, and the overall makeup of SharePoint sites.
Create, maintain, and optimize SharePoint libraries and lists.
Apply best practices for Retention and Sensitivity Labels to meet compliance and data protection requirements.
Collaborate with business units to assess their needs and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
Design and develop SharePoint applications that address specific business challenges.
Ensure solutions follow best practices and are user-friendly and intuitive.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
Develop advanced, multi-line scripts to automate and enhance SharePoint Online processes.
Design and implement user-friendly applications that solve business problems.
Integrate workflows between Power Apps and SharePoint to streamline business processes.
Leverage JavaScript to customize SharePoint Online features and functionality.
Develop, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint components.
Utilize Power BI to create reports and dashboards that enhance business insights.

Required
3+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online administration, development, and support.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/JSOM and how it can be applied in SharePoint.
Proficiency in designing user-friendly, business-driven SharePoint sites and applications.
Familiarity with data retention policies, sensitivity labels, and data compliance.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to partner with business units to define and meet their needs.
Preferred
Microsoft Certifications: Having Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, MS-600, PL-900, or PL-400) is a strong plus.
eBadges & Course Completions: Proof of completion for Microsoft SharePoint eCourses and badges is highly valued.
Cross-Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with other content management systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SharePoint issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new platforms and tools as business needs evolve.
Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy, thorough testing, and quality assurance of deliverables.
