Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across business units, with a primary focus on low-voltage installation technicians.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and develop targeted hiring strategies for W2 low-voltage tech roles.
Proactive Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, industry events, and creative outreach methods to identify and engage top-tier low-voltage installation talent.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing demands, especially for technician roles.
Executive Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for director and senior-level positions with professionalism and discretion.
Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless, positive candidate journey that aligns with Bluebird’s mission and values.
Metrics-Driven Strategy: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to applicable employment laws and best practices.

Required
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment, preferably with experience hiring technical or field-service roles in a high-growth environment.
Proven ability to recruit for skilled trade roles, particularly installation or technician positions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Thrives in managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment demands, especially for technician roles.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
