Responsibilities

Spearhead Solution Support, dedicating 50% of your focus to designing and developing a roadmap for both existing and new products

Guiding them through lifecycles, understanding market needs, and collaborating with business units to deliver scalable, repeatable solutions

Shaping our digital and external market strategy, working alongside leadership to modernize and scale the Payment Integrity business unit

Understanding their challenges and crafting solutions that resonate comprehensively

Developing core positioning and messaging that resonates with our audience

Conducting thorough analyses of business needs and operations, translating them into tangible, impactful strategies

Planning, managing, and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets

Serving as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership

Keeping the momentum alive, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project expectations

Identifying potential roadblocks, proactively addressing issues, ensuring projects stay on course

Providing support and feedback throughout the product lifecycle
