Responsibilities
Independently manage the annual review and updates of company policies, procedures, contracts, and notices
Execute the development and revision of policies and procedures, responding swiftly to emerging regulatory requirements and business needs
Manage company documents, including maintaining version control and overseeing changes in contract versions to ensure legal accuracy and consistency
Lead the company's regulatory change management process and collaborate with business units to effectively implement required changes
Conduct regulatory compliance research and provide support for business expansion activities and develop solutions to regulatory compliance challenges
Coordinate with external counsel to draft and review contracts and notices and collaborate with the business units and tech team on successful implementation.
Handle inquiries from regulators with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Perform additional assignments and special projects as required

Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer finance experience, particularly auto finance.
Excellent research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft grammatically precise, concise, and accurate policy documents.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and frequent interruptions.
Demonstrated leadership and independence in managing projects, with the capacity to mentor and guide colleagues.
Demonstrated historical career stability.
Preferred
Legal degree or CRCM certification a plus.
