Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to analytics and business stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
Define and oversee project deliverables using agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet analytics objectives.
Create and maintain domain-specific analytic roadmaps and documentation.
Troubleshoot challenges and identify trends for proactive solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in an analytics or management role.
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is essential.
Preferred
A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
