Responsibilities
• Work with and manage our customer service team to ensure awesome levels of customer satisfaction
• Create systems and processes to handle inquiries, tickets, escalations, etc.
• Personally handle escalations
• Work closely with leadership to identify areas of opportunity and continually improve customer service and operations
• Conduct regular support/operations meetings
• Regular reporting to track key performance statistics

Required
Proven track record of managing customer service and operations teams
2+ years of customer service and operations experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Have a get-it-done and figure-it-out mentality to achieve goals by whatever means necessary
