Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring successful project delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans using MS Project, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Coordinate and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress using MS Project, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal departments to leverage resources, expertise, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.

Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or similar).

PMI certification (PMP) is a MUST.

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the energy, commodities, capital markets, or treasury sectors or working for a software vendor.

Proven track record of successfully delivering front-to-back implementation projects.

Understanding of the energy, commodities, capital markets, or treasury, including market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with international stakeholders and clients.

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
