Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and process documentation.
Leverage Confluence and SharePoint to manage and organize documentation repositories.
Collaborate with technical teams to extract and document detailed information on systems, workflows, and processes.
Work independently to gather requirements and translate complex technical details into clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Develop quick reference guides and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and best practices.
Continuously learn about new tools and technologies relevant to the role and the company’s focus areas.

Required
At least five years proven experience as a Technical Writer, with expertise in Confluence and SharePoint.
Strong writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
Ability to quickly understand and document complex technical concepts.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
Integrity and honesty.
Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Strong analytical skills.
Comfortable in dynamic, constantly changing environments.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Willingness to travel to client site during the work week, if required.
Proper U.S. work authorization required.
Preferred
Proficiency in one or more of the following tools is a plus: Oracle Database, DBT, OBIEE, Snowflake, Power BI.
Functional experience in financial systems or financial domain expertise is highly desirable.
Prior pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
