Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and present tailored technology, software, or telecom solutions that address those needs.
Develop strategic account plans and execute them to achieve growth targets and expand customer relationships.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain robust sales pipelines, and uphold disciplined sales processes.

Required

4+ years of experience selling into enterprise clients (3,000+ employees).
7+ years of business sales experience with a proven record of opportunity creation, acquisition sales, and closure within an enterprise customer base.
At least 5 years of that experience in strategic solution sales within technology, software, or telecom sectors.
Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, with a history of effectively managing client relationships, reducing churn, and growing account revenues.
Deep understanding of how to position technology and business strategies to meet complex enterprise client needs.
Proven ability to contribute to and execute comprehensive account plans that drive growth and long-term partnership.
Adept at handling multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, neutralizing detractors, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
A stable career history without frequent job-hopping within the last 5-7 years.

Preferred

Demonstrates consistent enterprise B2B sales performance and can show evidence of sustained consultative and/or solution-based selling experience well beyond just 1-2 years.
Has a stable employment history, with no pattern of short-term tenures (e.g., not the 4th or 5th employer in the last 5-7 years).
Shows strong strategic thinking and can illustrate success in building and executing account plans to achieve significant revenue and relationship growth.
