Responsibilities

Maintain database software to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Enter leads and contacts into database
Ongoing maintenance of opportunities in the CRM
Maintain accurate pricing of services
Ensure appropriate documentation is filed
Track engagement lifecycle
Generate and send invoices to clients
Assist with processing expense reports, vendor payments, and reviewing client billing, collection of receivables
Generate various reports for staff, management and board
Facilitate scheduling of engagements
Ensure a positive client experience
Support Advisors as needed
Support clients in the virtual environment
Manage contracts and other necessary documentation
Deliver finalized reports to clients
Collaborate with accounting to verify expenses, ensure payment schedules align with contracts, and assist in month-end reconciliation tasks
Perform other duties, as assigned
Assist with on-boarding of new 1099 contractors

Required

Ability to work at a fast pace
Punctuality and consistent attendance
Foundational knowledge of database applications – CRM systems
Working Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 SharePoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in all interactions
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Associate degree recommended or at least two years of equivalent experience working with the required technical skills
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
Frequently communicate, converse with, discuss and exchange information with clients, advisors, contractors, and staff

Preferred

Experience in Odoo is a plus
V17 Odoo Certification
