Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, blending inbound lead acquisition with targeted account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.
Create compelling data-driven narratives and assets that resonate with clinical, operational, and executive audiences through the customer journey.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies, ensuring smooth handoff and maximizing pipeline velocity.
Develop and implement effective sales enablement and promotional assets that empower the sales team and accelerate deal closure.
Orchestrate integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads that convert to qualified sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth and ARR.
Build a culture of continuous experimentation by designing and executing data-driven A/B tests across marketing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion rates and ROI.
Optimize digital channels, including SEO, social media, paid search/social, and email marketing, to maximize lead generation, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Deploy and optimize nurture campaigns that strategically tell the Mednition success story to the right audience at the right time, driving engagement and conversions.
Lead marketing attribution initiatives, refining tracking methodologies to accurately measure and improve campaign performance.
Own and optimize the marketing automation tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.

Required
3-5 years of marketing experience in healthcare B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving exponential growth through high-impact digital marketing campaigns
Strong proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives resonating with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving and campaign development
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred
Hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and managing a marketing automation ecosystem
Forward-thinking approach to AI and automation, consistently leveraging emerging technologies to revolutionize marketing systems and stay ahead of industry curves.
Experience with high-impact ABM strategies
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and decision-making processes
