Responsibilities
Reports to Director, Sales Support
Liaison between sales, operations, marketing and finance
Coordination and facilitation of pricing and bid function for simple and complex engagements in collaboration with key stakeholders
Assist in full proposal creation
Assist with vendor management

Required
5+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a similar role
Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively draft professional proposal responses
Fluency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, other software tools common in the Settlement Administration industry
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Vendor interaction and management experience
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues at all levels and across departments
Preferred
Prior experience in the Settlement Administration industry is a plus
