Responsibilities
Building strong, trusting relationships with business stakeholders and understanding their unique data needs
Developing end-to-end Power BI solutions, from data modeling to visualization, in close collaboration with business users
Validating data quality and aligning solutions with existing business rules and reports
Enabling self-service analytics by training and empowering business users across the organization
Identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and data science to drive innovation
Celebrating milestones and communicating the value of the data transformation journey to build momentum and buy-in

Required
2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
Ability to rapidly prototype end-to-end solutions in Power BI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse business users
Experience guiding users through significant changes and new ways of working with data
Ability to empathize with coworkers, build trust, and manage expectations through the transformation process
Passion for enabling others and driving organization-wide adoption of data-driven practices
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
