Responsibilities
Generate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for operational expenses across four large departments.
Conduct variance analyses comparing actuals versus budgets/forecasts to assist Finance on monthly close.
Prepare and analyze monthly net air revenue reports.
Forecast foreign currency needs to support financial planning.
Provide financial support for the Road Scholar at Home initiative.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to the Road Scholar at Home program.
Support creation of annual budget and quarterly updates for enrollments and net program revenue.
Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed and participation on special teams as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years’ experience within an accounting or finance department, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with business analytics tools such as MicroStrategy.
Experience gathering, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets to provide actionable financial insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
