Responsibilities

Cisco SME who would be CCNP level person who could create MOP’s, execute tests, provide Tier 1 engineering FOA support and have a strong knowledge of the Cisco 5500 and 540 platforms.

Work with Cisco and the Cisco BU for advanced/tier 2 support.

Manage and drive Cisco to completion for PSIRT’s, Bug scrubs, etc.

Support a field of consumers that intake the services that this client supplies.

Lead technical discussions with a large group technical expert.

Understand automation built on Ansible Tower / Python – internal tool EVH-AP.
