Responsibilities
Meeting with your provider at a regular cadence (2 hours per month), typically via teleconference in an individual setting. These meetings may support general clinical and professional development questions as well as other aspects of the collaborative relationship.
Review and respond to clinical questions and escalations during normal business hours
Conduct 5 chart reviews per month
Act as the collaborating/supervising physician, overseeing care providing by NP's.
Execute duties outlined in collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements, including tele-meetings, case reviews, and prescription consultations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the clinicians under your supervision.
Offer constructive feedback on clinician performance.
Maintaining remote access to Company’s Electronic Medical Records (“EMR”) system.

Required
State California Medical License, focus Behavioral Health, Psychiatry
Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification
Clinical and administrative supervisory experience.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Preferred
2 years of Mental Health Practice Experience
