Responsibilities

Support shared service request spanning: reporting, audit/investigation, and operational requests across privacy stakeholders

Support with risk/privacy tasks: mapping exercises, investigation, risk analysis, change management tasks.

Work with delivery team to develop & deliver on new requests (reports, ops req, request/risk review)

Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide operational support on privacy /compliance requests

Provide root cause analysis to understand issues and gaps. Research & devise solutions to address issues in the near-term while considering how such issues can be prevented and resolved in the long-term

Issue/Request triage, remediation review, analysis, support and communication feedback loop

Coordination, documentation, and updating respective templates, tools and systems.

Mapping risks to Issues, Safeguards, and Regulations/Industry Standards

Distill reports into meaningful business insights for the team

Collaborate with business analysts to ensure regular reporting meets broad stakeholder needs

Categorization, prioritization and eligibility review of requests based on stakeholder input.

Drive team validation of deliverables in alignment with acceptance criteria. Obtain cross-functional stakeholder sign-off of deliverables.
