Responsibilities
Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical colleagues within the care center
Manage uploading completed clinical documentation
Manage administrative intake of phone calls, electronic messaging and routing of patient and client needs to appropriate members of the care center
Responding to patient and provider questions (both telephonically and electronic messaging) coming in to the care center
Conduct satisfaction surveys with patients and families under care of the care center
Support care center team to maximize productivity and delivery of care to patients and providers

Required
3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
Strong preference for experience as a hospital or clinic health unit coordinator in a fast paced environment.
A high attention to detail in the work you deliver.
You are comfortable navigating multiple different technology platforms.
You have a can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability to deliver results.
You are detail oriented and passionate about the work you do while delivering results.
You are an excellent communicator and respectful of your colleagues, and you thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
You have experience and comfort with working in ambiguous, often changing and high growth environments.
You are compassionate and caring in your communication with patients and seek to help solve problems and resolve concerns.
Preferred
Bilingual is not required but beneficial.
