Responsibilities

Respond to Customer Service emails and related requests

Interact with customers in a sales and supportive role

Present Logos products in webinars, conferences, seminars, etc.

Work with the Customer Service and tech support team

Create user education materials and a product display page

Translate and post the user education guide

Required

Fluent in Korean and English

Detail oriented

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Takes ownership of projects and gets things done quickly and effectively

Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Can travel internationally and domestically

Preferred

Familiar with and connected to the Korean Christian world

Has intermediate knowledge of OS (Windows, Mac, Mobile App, etc.)

Understands the nuances of regional differences within the Korean Christian world

Uses, or has previously used, a Bible software product

Creative writing experience

Experience with public speaking
