Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed project plans to achieve implementation milestones.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements.
Provide advisory services on accounting and business process considerations.
Propose and implement solutions to address gaps in standard system functionality.
Perform system configuration tasks to support business processes.
Manage data conversions, testing, and training activities during implementation.
Offer ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live phases.
Lead and coordinate teams of consultants to meet project objectives.
Manage changes in project scope and develop contingency plans.
Develop best practices and tools for effective project execution and management.

Required
Expertise in Sage Intacct ERP implementation and configuration.
Proven success managing client-facing technology projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project and time management capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis or process automation.
3+ years of experience implementing financial software, ideally with Sage Intacct.
Preferred
Certification as a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant.
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong conceptual and process automation expertise.
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet for project management.
