Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy aligned with Infocion’s business objectives, focusing on acquiring and growing relationships with mid-to-major enterprises.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients within specified market segments, leveraging a strong network of C-level executives, particularly CIOs, CFOs, CCOs, and CROs.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, positioning Infocion’s Data and AI consulting services as essential solutions to their business challenges.
Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Infocion’s value proposition and address the unique needs of prospective clients.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure profitable, long-term partnerships.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in a senior sales role (VP or higher) with a proven track record of driving revenue and acquiring new accounts for data-centric digital transformation consulting projects.
Deep understanding of the Data and AI landscape, with specific experience in finance, healthcare, automotive, retail, or supply chain sectors.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Extensive network of C-level contacts within the target industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
