Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of project strategy, ensuring all deliverables align with the client's goals and timelines.
Manage scope creep and escalation processes, working with the PM and sales teams to define impact and resolve issues.
Finalize and update strategy blueprints and timelines, ensuring alignment with internal team(s) and clients.
Ensure smooth project handoff to implementation and PM teams for execution.
Serve as the main strategic point of contact for clients, providing guidance on HubSpot’s best practices and driving successful onboarding through tailored solutions. Ensure the strategy evolves as client needs and business objectives change.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of training plans, client-facing training sessions, and program action plans for continuation projects during pre-go-live phases.
Act as the main point of contact for all things training on the HubSpot platform, ensuring 'no user is left behind'.
Lead the post-project phase, providing recommendations for continued engagement and ensuring clients are satisfied with results.
Attend project retrospective meetings and document lessons learned, tracking them in HubSpot.
Stay up to date with new HubSpot feature releases and translate them into actionable insights for client projects.
Lead bi-weekly internal meetings to review and discuss new features and their application to ongoing projects.
Develop and support in refinement of internal processes to promote efficiencies in your department and the organization as a whole.
Manage a team of Sr. and Jr. Strategist contractors ensuring they are meeting their KPIs and are supported to do so.
Assign pre-sale Strategy resources to support the closing of new business with the sales team.
Responsible for running interviews and vetting skillsets with Sr. and Jr. HubSpot strategists and supporting HR to onboard them into various departments and projects within the organization.

Required
6+ years of HubSpot Strategy or Consulting experience. Ideally working with a diverse group of industries, organization sizes, and different levels of (end user through C-Suite).
Proven track record of working with various client-level stakeholders to run process discovery and develop strategy implementation plans that simultaneously take into account the goals of executive leadership and the needs of the end user.
Ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects and manage scope, timelines, and milestones.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot tools (All HubSpot Hubs and Advanced toolsets) and integration requirements with clients migrating off of other tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and mentor team members.
Ability to quickly identify issues such as scope creep and devise creative solutions with HubSpot toolsets and/or recommend a new scope amendment.
Experience in creating training materials, client-facing documentation, and internal process frameworks.
Proficient in analyzing project data and creating reports, particularly in HubSpot CRM for KPI tracking and client insights.
Strong understanding of HubSpot's full tech stack and common integrations.
Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple integrations and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp).
Ability to manage client relationships, deliver training, and drive project success.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, mentor others, and drive client success.
Preferred
Project management methodology experience is preferred but not required. The person who excels in this role will have strong self-guided time management skills to balance multiple projects at once. With the ability to create detailed timelines and manage competing priorities.
