Responsibilities
Analyze and process commission data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare detailed commission reports and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile commission payments.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in commission analysis and management.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
